Andrew is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in higher education and student affairs. His commitment to enriching the student experience is evident through creating impactful social and educational programs, expertly managing student conduct, and ensuring institutional standards are met.

Andrew is an active Louisiana Notary Public and an Affiliate Coordinator of Keep Louisiana Beautiful. Andrew has been working with pageants and contestants since 2010, bringing extensive experience in mentorship, strategic planning, and guiding contestants to shine.

Coach Meghan

Meghan's WHY: I never anticipated the impact of working with these incredible young women on my life. I am inspired by all of them daily. That inspiration and the deep bonds forged with clients are why I love doing this work and helping each young woman find the confidence to declare, "I AM!"

Meghan Olinger is an accomplished higher education, mentorship, and community engagement expert. She holds a Doctorate in higher education administration from the University of Southern Mississippi. Her background and experience allow her to guide contestants to reach their full potential on and off the stage and excel in public speaking, personal development, and community involvement.

Meghan serves as Dean of Student Support and Advocacy at McNeese State University and has directed the ULM Titleholders program. Meghan has earned accolades such as the ULM Spirit Groups Distinguished Alumni Award (2022) and the Louisiana Volunteer Service Award (2021).
